Pilates is a safe, low impact form of exercise for people of all ages that teaches breath, full-body coordination, core control, and more. While Pilates is beneficial to everyone, it is especially valuable if you are rehabilitating an injury or health condition that prevents you from participating in other forms of exercise.

"My Pilates journey started a year post total-knee replacement— I’m now two years into my practice and Kara has been transformational. We started out making modifications for a fairly severe strength and mobility imbalance between the two legs and now I’m proud to say I feel like I’m stronger and have gained the flexibility which has made my quality of life increase tremendously. Kara’s two main attributes are first her attention detail - sloppy technique and rushing through a movement is gently but firmly corrected.
